Biography
Mark Handley is a partner in the London office of Duane Morris. As well as advising on disputes and other aspects of white-collar law and regulation, he specialises in advising on trade and financial sanctions.
He has advised on almost all of the EU and UK sanctions regimes and the blocking statutes, but with an emphasis on the Russian, Libyan and Iran sanctions.
He is the author of the Duane Morris 'European Sanctions Enforcement' blog, which tracks current sanctions enforcement actions across the continent of Europe.
