Jack Garnett
Project Officer, Terrorism and ConflictTerrorism and ConflictBiography
Jack is a Project Officer for the Terrorism and Conflict team at RUSI. He works on international projects spanning continents and funding groups and assists with the team’s communications.
Prior to joining RUSI, Jack completed an MA in Humanitarianism and Conflict Response at the University of Manchester, where he worked in close partnership with The HALO Trust to produce targeted policy recommendations for humanitarian interventions in the Horn of Africa. His research has focused on the intersections of conflict, climate and political economy and he has researched youth experiences of identity through conflict and displacement. Jack has lived in several places throughout the world including Hong Kong, Sudan and Morocco and completed a BA in Arabic and Spanish from the University of Leeds.
