Biography
Carolyn Gallop worked at RUSI for almost five years as the Senior Bids Manager until November 2022. She was the first person ever employed by the Institute to manage the bids process, in order to raise funds for research across all nine research groups. Upon joining, she developed a system to manage the submission of over 370 bids of various sizes during her time here.
Before RUSI, Carolyn worked in the academic sector, raising funds for research and various project manager jobs. She started her career in international finance, working for Deutsche Bank and HSBC in Tokyo, Sydney, and London.
