Biography
Simon Finley has been working on conflict and governance issues for 20 years and worked in over 30 countries. His last position was as UNDPs Senior Research and Policy Advisor for Preventing Violent Extremism.
He has held previous roles with the World Bank, Australian Electoral Commission and Australian National University. He is the creator of #ExtremeLives, an online video series bringing the stories of communities affected by violent extremism to a global audience with over 30 million online views.
