Andrew Dwyer

Dr Andrew Dwyer is a Lecturer in Information Security at Royal Holloway, University of London and the Lead of the UK Offensive Cyber Working Group. His research examines the intersection between geopolitics, cyber policy, and embedded cyber security practices. He is also an Associate Fellow at the UK Research Institute for Sociotechnical Cyber Security (RISCS) and holds a DPhil from the University of Oxford.
