Biography
Dr Daryna Dvornichenko is the Russia Sanctions Programme Manager at the Centre for Finance and Security (CFS) team at RUSI. She is also a Visiting Research Fellow at the University of Oxford. Previously, she was a Research Fellow at the German Marshall Fund of the United States and King's College London, and served as Deployment Manager at CFS.
