Biography
Dr Daryna Dvornichenko is the Russia Sanctions Programme Manager for the Centre for Finance and Security team at RUSI. She is also a visiting research fellow at the University of Oxford and was previously the Deployment Manager at the Centre for Finance and Security at RUSI.
