Hugo Dixon

Hugo Dixon is a journalist, campaigner and entrepreneur. He is one of the architects of the Clean Green Initiative, sending Boris Johnson an unpublished paper on the topic in March 2021. He was previously deputy chair of the People’s Vote campaign and founder of Reuters Breakingviews.
