Manuel Carranza is an independent researcher focused on Defense Policy, Narcoterrorism, Counterinsurgency, Counterinsurgency, and Strategic Competition in Latin America. He has had the privilege of undertaking study opportunities at military academies and defense-affiliated institutions in Argentina, Chile, Mexico, Spain and the United States.
