Last week RUSI Director-General, Dr Karin von Hippel, and Deputy Director-General, Professor Malcolm Chalmers, attended the Munich Security Conference.
Vice-Chairman Sir John Scarlett and RUSI Trustee Baroness Ashton were also there to support the Institute’s activities.Â

Dr von Hippel and Professor Chalmers held an event exploring critical defence and security issues related to Brexit and how they will impact on Europe, NATO as well as the Transatlantic partnership.Â
