Them joining NATO now certainly isn’t possible with the war going on and that is the point that President Biden was making - if NATO were to accept Ukraine now, every member of NATO would be at war. He is not ruling it out, he’s not ruling out a range of security guarantees and that is why he mentioned the Israel model. Certainly, a bespoke model will be offered for Ukraine at this summit, I’m not sure what it will be just yet, but I think it is pretty well fashioned between the NATO members already.
