I think you just have to look at the media and look at the crime figures and see what is happening in terms of the concerns we see out there about knife crime, online issues, fraud and pedophilia, which there are such volumes of which the police certainly struggle to get hold of... and policing has been cut back badly. So that combination of factors that leads to that sense and that feeling [of lawlessness].
