ICJ orders Pakistan to stall on Indian execution

Shashank Joshi, a senior research fellow at the Royal United Services Institute, added: “India has won a political and diplomatic victory — political because it plays well at home, and diplomatically because other countries are likelier to support India in a case that involved the death penalty and has a clear legal foundation.”
