"When we are looking at the Prevent space, we are looking at a space that is quite broad. On one end it is about managing people who have been radicalised, been through investigations, maybe to prison. At the other of the spectrum, Prevent also includes the community engagement piece, trying to work with communities of young people, from which we have seen radicals emerge. It might now be a question of separating these two spectrums out more.
