This report, which follows a major conference on the future of the Reserve Forces held in December 2010, is designed to help define the scope and parameters of the government’s Future Reserves 2020 review. It identifies a number of factors which the government should address and take into account as part of the FR20, and gives examples of international best practice in key areas.
