RUSI International launches activities in Asia

In September and October of 2013, RUSI International will organise a series of initiatives with policy leaders.

Led by HRH The Duke of York, a member of RUSI International's Advisory Board, RUSI will first organise a high-level conference in Vietnam discussing UK-Vietnam defence cooperation and strategic issues in South-east Asia. RUSI will then organise a major conference in Tokyo on British-Japan security cooperation between 30 September and 1 October.

The keynote speakers will include the Japanese Prime Minister Shinzô Abe, the Duke of York and Sir John Scarlett, former Director of the Security Intelligence Service (MI6).

RUSI International will also undertake a series of meetings in New York. Further details to follow.
