Catherine Dill

Biography

Catherine Dill is the Director of Operations at the Council on Strategic Risks and offers her expertise in nuclear policy issues to contribute to projects in the Janne E. Nolan Center on Strategic Weapons.

She has broad research interests that include nuclear and missile developments in East Asia, illicit trafficking networks, and developments in strategic trade control systems in East Asia. Additionally, Catherine has done extensive work on satellite imagery and remote sensing analysis on nuclear non-proliferation-related issues, including open-source research, satellite image processing, and geospatial analysis.

Previously, Catherine worked as a Senior Research Associate at the James Martin Center for Non-proliferation Studies, Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey and as a senior consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton.

Catherine holds a MA in Non-proliferation and Terrorism Studies from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey, and a BS in Foreign Service from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service.
