Join us for a conversation with General David Petraeus, RUSI Senior Vice President, former CIA Director and retired U.S. Army General. This event in association with the Department of War Studies, King’s College London, will now take place online via Zoom


In a wide-ranging conversation, General Petraeus will reflect on the impact of the coronavirus pandemic on key geopolitical trends. He will offer his personal perspectives on what has changed, and discuss the next big geopolitical and global security challenges for the 21st century.

General David Petraeusis a Partner at KKR and Chairman of the KKR Global Institute. He is a RUSI Senior Vice President, former CIA Director and retired U.S. Army General, who concluded his career with six consecutive commands, five of which were in combat, including the surge in Iraq.

The conversation will be moderated by Deborah Haynes, Security and Defence Editor, Sky News.
