Defence Acquisition Conference 2016: Achieving Critical Advantage for the UK Post SDSR
In 2015 the conference attracted a wide-ranging audience from across the UK Ministry of Defence, senior military representatives, policy-makers, industry (including SMEs) and academia.

This year, the agenda will examine:
- The effectiveness, efficiency and transparency of the UK acquisition process post-SDSR and DE&S reform
- UK Defence Industries and achieving technological superiority through innovation, flexibility and agility.
- The wider impact of the US Third Offset Strategy - which seeks to identify new operational concepts and capabilities – on the UK and other allies and its affect on the acquisition and technological spaces.
- Inward investment, exports, defence collaboration and international defence acquisition perspectives
