Whitehall Dialogues
Whitehall Dialogues are invitation-only events bringing together experts from all sectors to discuss specific issues of defence and security.
The Whitehall Dialogue forum focuses on contemporary issues of defence and international and national security. It addresses topics of current importance to industry, the military, academia and government.
Each meeting begins with opening remarks from an official or other expert thoroughly versed in the topic being considered. A discussion then follows.
Attendance at Whitehall Dialogue meetings is by specific invitation only. The meetings bring together industry, diplomatic members, academics, some City firms, and Government Departments. Corporate Level Two Members of the Institute are routinely invited to all the meetings of the Whitehall Dialogue and to lunches before these meetings, as well as lectures and lunchtime discussion panels and other events.
