Her Majesty's Permanent Representative to the United Nations, Sir Emyr Jones Parry GCMG, took part in a RUSI Roundtable on 'The Challenges of Peacekeeping'.The group of some fifty participants dissected the complex issues surrounding peacekeeping with particular attention paid to conflicts in Africa.
