2010 Quadrennial Defense Review: Slow and Incremental Change

Rather than a strategic vision for the Pentagon planning, the 2010 Quadrennial Defense Review has been criticised for being 'Obamacised' - wrapped up in the philosophical case for US power and the wars of today. More will need to be done to close the reality-strategy gap, and ensure that the US is planning for whatever the future may bring.
