The Big Cat Pounces: An Interview with Bill Hughes, Director General, SOCA

The Serious and Organised Crime Agency was launched in April 2006. Despite publicised data protection breaches, SOCA under Bill Hughes has achieved a conviction rate of 93 per cent. Other achievements include the seizure of over 85 tonnes of cocaine and enhanced international co-operation.
