The Centre for the Protection of National Infrastructure was established in 2007 to provide advice for businesses and organisations across the national infrastructure. The UK remains a high priority espionage target and rapidly improving technologies will continue to engender new challenges. As a consequence, the protection of critical national infrastructure must continue to be a long-term priority.
