Leveraging Technology to Empower Our Soldiers

Thomas Killion is the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army for Research and Technology and US Army Chief Scientist. He oversees the Army R&T programme, which encompasses all Army Laboratories, provides policy, fiscal guidance and programme oversight to Army Science and Technology, is the Chief Scientific Advisor for the US Army and serves as the Army Science Board Secretariat. Stephen Bury retired from the US Navy after 28 years of service. With a degree in psychology and as a graduate of the National War College, he is now a principal analyst and strategist supporting the US Army.
