An organization company, Embassy or High Commission, may seek Corporate Membership, which is again tailored to meet their particular needs. Nominated representatives enjoy all the privileges accorded to individual members with the exception of voting rights: each Corporate Member may cast only one vote. In addition, Corporate Members may take advantage of a unique range of facilities and services for research, meetings and other events. These benefits can include access to our research programmes, private briefings and sponsored projects.
Corporate Members may nominate those of its staff who will benefit from the work of the Institute. Each 'Nominee' will be provided with a membership card as proof of identity for access to the building and have the following benefits:
RUSI runs a programme of some twenty lunch-time lectures annually. Speakers are from the ranks of distinguished international figures as well as British political, military, industrial and academic leaders. In addition, the Institute mounts numerous specialized 1-3 day seminars and conferences annually. Members may attend at discounted rates. The Director will periodically send formal invitations to Corporate Members to join the speaker and other selected guests for a light lunch, prior to Lectures. If a 'Nominee' is unable to attend a Lecture or it is more appropriate for a colleague to attend a particular event, that individual may attend subject to prior notice being provided.
The subscription is based upon the number of individuals nominated by the Corporate Member. For each person so nominated, the current fee is £450.00 + VAT.
