About the event:
Brodie Clark, Head of Border Force, UK Border Agency will lead a Whitehall Dialogue on: ‘Securing the UK Border’.
This meeting will focus on the various border control and border force developments underway to establish a more secure UK border. It will incorporate discussion on:
- The e-Borders Programme;
- A consideration around data sharing;
- Developments on biometric capture;
- The impacts and benefits of the newly forming Border Force.
A sandwich lunch will be served from 1215.
This event is ‘off the record’ and closed to the media.
