Tony Hulton
Position: Associate Fellow
Tony Hulton specialises in developing resilience strategies and identifying the role of intelligence in the private and public sector. He is a graduate of the London School of Economics and has a Masters in Intelligence and International Security from the War Studies Department, Kings College London. His main areas of research include identifying the causes of intelligence failures and understanding terrorist networks specifically in south east Asia. Tony is a former British Army Officer and has served as a troop commander in Bosnia Herzegovina and Iraq. On leaving the Army he founded and is a director of Continuity Planning Limited a business resilience consultancy. Tony is a Counter Terrorism project manager for the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and a contributor for Jane’s Defence.
